OBITUARY.
MR. F. W. WIESON. Mr. Frederick Walter Wilson, a director of Wilson and Horton, Ltd., has died at the age of 03. He was the third son of the late Mr. W. S. Wilson, and a grandson of Mr. W. C. Wilson, founder of the "New Zealand Herald" newspaper. air. F. W. Wilson was born in Auckland and educated at Queen's College, later known as Prince Albert College! He worked in the Auckland ofiice of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., before joining the commercial branch of Wilson and Horton's business. He was a director of the company from its inception. In his younger days Mr. Wilson was a keen yachtsman and was one of the oldest members of the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron. He is survived by liis wife, who was formerly Miss Olive Wiseman, and by one son, Mr. W. Scott Wilson, and three daughters, Misses Mary, Jean and Ruth Wilson. Mr. W. R. Wilson, of Auckland, is a brother, and Mr. Henry Wilson is a half-brother, while Sir James Gunson is the late Mr. Wilson's brother-in-law. .
