(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDTN, Monday. The official count of votes for the City Council brings one change. Mr. E. j. Smith replacing Mr. H. A. Newall. Both were candidates of the Citizens' ticket.

When he stumbled on alighting from a tramcar shortly after six o'clock last evening, Mr. Roderick Kenneth Rowlands, aged 41, single, fractured his left leg.
