AUCKLAND SITES.
CALLING OF TENDERS
(By Telegraph.— Special to " Star.")
WELLINGTON, this day. Among further State Housing projects announced by the Under-Secretary m Charge of Housing Construction, Mr. J. A. Lee, are the calling of tenders for the erection of ten single-house units, two two-house units, and one four-house unit, making a total of 18 houees in five different contracts. The houses are to be erected in Rama Road, Pelham Avenue and Shakespeare Road, Point Chevalier. Tenders close on January 24. At Mount Albert tenders are being called for the erection of 10 single-house units, and three units, making a total of 22 houses in five different con" tracts. The homes will be in Martin, Parkstone, Chatham and Margaret Avenues, and Burnside Road. Tenders close on January 24.
