SAFE KEEPING OF A CAR. Decision was reserved by Mr. C. R. Orr alker. S.M.. yesterday afternoon after he had heard legal argument in the ease in which Peggy Marie Beaumont claimed £9 7/0 from Hotel Titirangi. Ltd., aii costs of restoring parts which had been stolen from plaintiff's motor car during a period when it was in the defendant company's garage, and plaintiff was a guest at the Hotel Titirangi. Legal aspects of the liability of the defendant company were presented bv Mr. G. F. Keith for plaintiff, and Mr. P. C. Griffiths for defendant.
