OFFENDING MOTORISTS.
Breaches of the city's parking regulations were charged against more than a hundred motorists this morning at the traffic session of the Magistrate's Court. The great bulk of the charges related to parking for periods exceeding the time allowance on various street areas and for parking on prohibited areas, and the general penalty was a tine of 10/ and 10/ costs. Only 14 charges in the very long list related to speeding, for which the penalties ranged from 20/ and costs to 40/ and costs, according to speed and circumstances.
