Compound Applicable to Wool And Fabrics. PUBLIC DEMONSTRATION.
(Received !).3O a.m.) LONDON, October 4. iMperial Chemicals, Limited, publkly demonstrated a new invisible chemical waterproofing compound—Velan. It can be applied to wool, cotton, silk, rayon and linen, all of which can be laundered or dry-cleaned as usual without eliminating the water-resistant properties.
