OFFENCE IN MELBOURNE. (Received 11 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. At St. Kilda Court, Otto Fent was fined £30 on a charge of having taken the title of deists t and having practised as a dentist wit'..out being registered. On behalf of Kent it was stated that he left Germany because of religious and political difficulties.
