MURDER CHARGE.
THE ARUNDEL TRAGEDY. TRIAL TO BE HELD AT TIMARU. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. The charge of murder against Randall Reginald David Smith, labourer, aged 24, will be proceeded with at Timaru on October 18. Smith appeared In the Magistrate's Court to-day charged with the murder of William Gaby at Arundel on September 3, and waa remanded to Timaro.
