BOMBS BLOW UP PARIS EMPLOYERS' HEADQUARTERS.—The building of the Federation of French Industry, near the Arc de Triomphe, after it Had been wrecked by a bomb wbich had been left in a package in the building. The headquarters of the French Ironmasters were also wrecked, two policemen being killed in the explosion.
