ADMIRAL DEPOSED.
Unexplained Change in Soviet Navy Command. FURTHER EXECUTIONS. (Received 10 a.m.) MOSCOW, October 1. Admiral Orloff, who represented the Soviet at the Coronation review, has, for some unexplained reason, been deposed from his command of the navy. He is succeeded by Admiral Victoroff, commander at Vladivostok. A further batch of 17 were executed at Leningrad. They were charged with being agents of the German secret police and with causing explosions in chemical Avorks.
