LANCASHIRE SOCIETY.
The members of the Lancashire Society (Incorporated) held their fortnightly social recently. Character sketches in dialect were given by Mr. Bronsrield, violin solos bv Mrs. Fisher vocal items by Miss Jenkinson and piano accordion items by Mr. Lloyd. The accompanist was Mrs. Taylor. Mr. Smith, chairman, gave a short address, in which he welcomed the new members and visitors.
