The Duke of Kent arrived here at 6.42 a.m. and met his brother, the Duke of Windsor, for the first time since the lat tor's departure from England following his abdication. The brothel's breakfasted in a private suite of a city hotel.

The Duke of Windsor lias decided to rent Count Paul Muenster's castle at Wasserleonberg for three months. It is situated high in the mountains on the Austro-ltalian frontier, and has excellent game preserves. Later reports, however, indicate that the Duke may inspect several other castles before deciding definitely.

i The Royal brothers spent the day sightseeing in Vienna after a morning visit to the vapour baths.

Cheering and shouting, "Hock Windsor!" and "Heil. Kent!" crowds "mobbed" them several times during the day. Wherever their car appeared they were immediately recognised and surrounded.

A message from Cannes states that Mrs. Simpson has cancelled all social engagements for a week and put off a Press conference scheduled for last night, owing to a heavy cold. Mr. Herman Rogers, her host, stated: "The Duke of Windsor will not fly here, as Mrs. Simpson's illness does not warrant that."
