EDMONTON, February 24. The Bank of Canada has agreed to a request by the Premier of Alberta, Mr. William ' Aberhart, to investigate AlbertaV finances. The Supreme Court of Canada has declared the Act reducing interest on Alberta bonds to be unconstitutional.
