KILBIRNIE STILL ON TOP. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Sunday. Senior championship games in the Wellington cricket competitions were continued yesterday. Kilbirnie defeated Midland by 132 runs on the first innings. Hutt defeated Wellington College Old Boys by seven runs on the first innings. Institute beat Karori by 24 runs on the first Innings. Wellington beat University by 122 runs on the first Innings. As a result of yesterday's play the positions of the teams now are:—Kilbirnie, 36 points; Hutt, 25: Wellington College Old Boys. 24; University, 21 : Institute, 19 : Karori, 19 ; Wellington, 10; Midland, 7.
