NEW YACHT LAUNCHED.
26-FOOT KEELEH. Built to the order of Mr. W. F. Sawbridge, of Remuera, a now 2li-foot keel yacht was launched at midday to-duv from Mr. R. Lidgard's yard. Mrs. p,iw'bridge performed the traditional christening ceremony, the yacht being named Xaonia. The new vessel has a siimle skin of kauri planking over strong frames, and will be used principally for cruising, ■though Mr. Snwuridge stuted to-day that he would probably also sail her iii races. With a beam of Sft and a draught of oft, the Xaonia provides roomy accommodation for four berths, and has a fullv equipped galley. She carries modern "Bermudan rig, nmV ji:i? 27, hundreilweigltt of lead on her keel. i. addition to 1U hundredweight of internal ballast. No engine ia installed.
