CHILD PARALYSIS.
NO FRESH CASES. SUSPECT FOUND NEGATIVE. POSITION IN AUCKLAND. Up till noon to-day only one positive case of infantile paralysis had been reported in Auckland since the outbreak in Dunedin some*weeks ago. There have been no developments here for several days, and the only case, a girl of four years, is in a satisfactory condition. The hospital authorities stated to-day that it has been definitely established that the young Ponsonby man, aged 24, who was admitted as a suspect on Sunday, is not an infantile paralysis case. He has been kept under observation since his admission.
