OWNERSHIP OF BOTTLES.
SUPREME COURT ACTION.. (By Telegrnpb.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Judgment was reserved at the Supreme Court at tlie close of the first of four actions brought by brewers and bottlers against Agnes Callingham, a dealer, to secure a restraining injunction concerning the alleged non-return of branded bottles and the conversion of bottles. Five similar actions are pending against McKendriek Bros., Ltd., bottle dealers, trading in Auckland and Wellington, but only one will be heard, as against Callingham, it being agreed that the decision shall bo binding on the others, as is the course taken with Cal-' liiigham.
