I SCHOOL STEEPLES. • ! TAKAPUNA GRAMMAR TITLES DARROCH AND BLAMIRES VICTORS., t Two hundred students of the Takapuna Grammar School competed yesterday in the animal steeplechases. The winners were Alan Dari'ocli, who retained the senior title, and Hon Bin mires, who knocked just on 20s off the junior record of 1<5.20. The senior event started In Lake Road and proceeded to the Takapuna racecourse along Malvern Road to the Narrow Neck Bead!, up Old Lake Road and thence to the school.'
