TWO MOTORISTS FINED.

Ferner, S.M., to-day, when Hannah Mary Ellis was charged with driving between a moving tram and two City Council employees wheeling a handcart, which was struck, knocking down one of the men. A line of 20/ was imposed. Raymond Allen was charged with not showing reasonable consideration for others and was also • fined 20/.
