AUCKLAND'S PROTEST.
AGAINST EFFICIENCY BILL. ' The commercial, financial and manufacturing interests represented in the Auckland Chamber of Commerce, strongly protest against the industrial efficiency measure, and urge that the bill be-dropped." A telegram in these terms was sent to-day to all the Cabinet Ministers and to all Auckland members of Parliament, following an executive meeting of the Auckland chamber.
