PRAYERS WHEN STRIKE ENDS. (Received 12 noon.) JERUSALEM, October 12. Thousands of Arabs, dressed in their best finery, gathered at Omar Mosque for special prayers on the occasion of the ending of the strike. They wildly cheered the Grand Mufti.
