ALHAMBRA TO DISAPPEAR. British Officinl Wireless. RUGBY, October 4. Newspapers report the conclusion of negotiations as a result of which the Alhambra Theatre in Leicester Square, London—an old-time music hall and later a home of the ballet and of variety entertainments —is to be pulled down. A cinema is to be erected on the site.
