CHARGES DISMISSED.
Two charges of indecent assault 011 a girl of 15 and one charge in respect to a girl of six years were brought against Edward James Young, a labourer, aged 50, who appeared before Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., in the Police Court this morning.
Accused, for whom Mr. W. W. Meek appeared, pleaded not guilty. After evidence Had been heard, the charges were dismissed.
