CHURCH ANNIVERSARY.
ONEHUNGA CELEBRATION,
The anniversary services of the Church of Christ, Onehunga, were concluded last night. The series of meetings held on Sunday and last evening were well attended and proved very successful. Mr. Geo. Moyle, Dominion president of the Churches of Christ, presided over the Sunday meetings, and brought a Dominion message.
The annual tea and public meeting was held last evening. Representative speakers from sister churches in Auckland and Whangarei brought congratulatory messages. Mr. Creamer, as chairman, referred to the successful ministry of the preacher, Mr. M. J. Savage, under whom the church and auxiliaries were in a healthy and happy condition.
A supporting programme of choice musical items, together with an inspiring address from the minister, concluded the function.
