FLOOD FATALITY.
rising rivers in n.s.w. (Received 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. A man was drowned, and many settlers along the river banks ill southeastern areas of New South Wales, have been forced to evacuate their homes by floods. The danger of serious floods along tlie Murrunibidgee River is acute. Main roads in the district have been rendered impassable.
