MOTHERS' CLUB.
The annual social to mark the close of the financial year of the Mothers' Club of the Y.W.C.A. was held in the assembly hall recently, Mrs. Hynes presiding. An enjoyable evening was spent in dancing, and an excellent programme was provided as follows: Vocal solos, Mesdames Henderson andßeffell; humorous vocal duet, Messrs. G. Spieer and A. Dollar; humorous quartet, Mesdames Dollar and Reffell, Messrs. G. Spicer and Dollar; elocutionary items, Miss Dreaver. A comedy sketch entitled "The Chairman," given by-'the Cheerio Club, was greatly appreciated. The music for the dancing was supplied by Mrs. Jury and Mr. Ingle.
