ON EDGE OF 20FT DROP. THREE PASSENGERS INJURED. (By Telegraph.—l'ress Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. A car containing three passenger* crashed through a fence in the Taita Gorge and came to rest supported by a fencing wire over a 20-foot drop to the river. Mr. Oscar Frederick Harvey suffered a fractured skull and was removed to hospital. His condition is reported to be satisfactory. Mrs. Winifred Harvcv suffered cuts on the head and legs, and Mr. James Emmerson suffered concussion. All three victims live in Wellington.
