KIDNAPPING VICTIM.

RETURNED FROM GERMANY. (Received 12.30 p.m.) PRAGUE, June 3. Herr Lampersberger, a German political refugee, who was forcibly kidnapped from the Czech frontier station of Einstein on April 29 by Nazi police, has been returned to the Czecho-Slovak authorities following a protest to Berlin. Similar kidnappings of German refugees have taken place this year in Switzerland and Belgium, and protests have also been made to the Reich, without result.
