BRITISH FILM BANNED.
BLUCHER'S PART AT WATERLOO (Received l p.m.) BERLIN, March 22. Dr. Goebbels, Minister of Propaganda. has banned the British film, "The Iron Duke," in which George Arliss depicts the Duke of Wellington, from release throughout Germany because Bhieher is assigned only a minor part at Waterloo, which does not accord with the German historical view.
