STRANGE STORY.
Woman's Head Found on Section By Children. TAKEN FROM THEM BY A MAN. (Received 11 a.m.) MELBOURNE, .this day. Children playing on a vacant allotment in South Richmond found a parcel which, according to their story to the police, contained a woman's head. They said they were on their way to the police station when a man took the parcel from them saying he would give the information to the police. This was not clone, however. The police take a grave view of the matter because they state each child, cii being questioned separately, told exaety the same story.
