SURF LIFE SAVING.
TAKAPUNA CLUB. A handicap surf belt race was held l).v members of the Takapuna Surf Life-Saving Club yesterday over a course o£ 200 yds in a choppy sen. This was the fourth event for the points score trophy and was won by N. E. Onlbraltli from scratch. Good performances were given by two juniors, IC. Price and W. Warren, v.iio swum into fourth and fifth places respectively. Results:—X. E. Galbraith (scr), 2.505, 1; C. .1. Sidford (8s), 2.47, 2; 11. C. Sidford (ss), 2.505, 3. Points scored to date:—H. C.
