The Auckland Gun Club held its championship clay-bird shoot at Pakuranga on Saturday afternoon. Results : — Seven-bird .Eye-opener, Hweepatnke.—L. Ramsay, 10yds, C. JS. Hudson, 10yds, C. Kainsny shot the possible and won the match outright. C. E. Hodge was runner-up with a lolal of 20 birds. Three others shot 11) birds. Trophy. Match for the Club Captain's Penant, l(r birds, all off 23yds. —The first barrel performance, was won by £3. J. Donnelly, with a total of nine birds, C. Bovill und F. Seccorabe were runners-up, with a total of eight birds each. Ten-bird Double Klee Sweepstake.—C. Seddon and L. Ramsay each shot the possible and divided first and second money. C.
