CARS AND MOTOR CYCLES. The second meeting: of the New Zealand Motor Racing Drivers' Association at their new track at Gloucester Park on Saturday was the better for the experiences of the opening meeting. Hoses and damp tan bark kept down the dust, enabling both car drivers and motor cycle riders to register high speeds. Thus the handieapper, working on the form shown at last meeting, was not altogether to blame for the wide intervals between the placed machines in most races.
