, STRONG COMPETITION. (Received 10 a.m.) BRISBANE, this day. There was strong general competitionat the wool sales, and prices were linn, with best fleece wools tending in sellers' favour. Greasy realised to lG|d, and scoured 24d. In Melbourne prices were firm, with strong general ccmipetition. Top prices for Merino were 15Jd, and comeback and crossbred 151 d.
