STRUCK OFF ROLLS.
GISBORNE SOLICITOR. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday.. The Court of Appeal to-day made an order absolute, striking Reginald Bernard Hill, of Oisborne, barrister and solicitor, off the rolls. In delivering the decision of the Court, Mr. Justice Herdman pointed out that Hill's misconduct had not been of a criminal nature, and that it was open to him to show by his 'behaviour during the next two years that he was a fit and proper person to resume the practice of his profession. Costs £15 15/ were allowed to the Law Society.
