WHANGAREI RAINFALL.
BELOW JUNE RECORD IN 1925. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WHANGAREI, this day. Although last month was considered to bo a very wet one, the rainfall of 10.58 in does not approach the/ record of 13.12 i n for June in 1925. The average .fall for the months over the past ten years has been 7.46 in, and the driest June in that period was last year, when the total was only 2.35 in. Recordable rain fell on 21 days last month.
The rainfall for the first six months of 1934 has been 29.34 in. Whangarei's has been 62.35 in per annum.
