MOTHERS' CLUB.

The Mothers' Club of the Y.W.C.A. held a social and gift afternoon yesterday to assist with the forthcoming World Fellowship Fair which is to be held in July. Gifts of linen were received and displayed on a table in the hall. The president of the club, Mrs. Charles Dickens, welcomed the members and friends. A brief outline of the aims and ideals of the Y.W.C.A. was given by Mrs. A. D. Campbell, president of the association. Contributions to the musical programme were given by Mrs. Bell-Booth, Mrs. Linden, Mrs. M. Cooper and Miss Bailey. Miss Ruth Goudio gave a recitation, and Madame Humphrey Steward acted as accompanist.
