When asked to-day if he had any comment to make regarding the Auckland report that the Government and the banks had signed an agreement as to the duration of the 25 per cent exchange rate, the Pt. Hon. J. G. Coates, Minister of Finance, said there was nothing in the message to which he could refer in any way. "It appears to me someone is on a fishing expedition," was his only comment. '■".,
