THE WINTER MEETING. SOME RECENT ARRIVALS. (By Telegraph.—Preiss Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. Though fine, and the tracks improved, there was no fast work at Wingatui this morning.' Knocklong and Giggleswick, from the West Coast, and Mem bo, Dunmure and Memories, from Southland, arrived overnight. and are the first of the visitors. Palmary will be ridden in the Provincial Handicap by A. Didham, and Master Anomaly in the Tradesmen's 1 Handicap by G. Humphries.
