POLITICAL ISSUE IN CANADA. OTTAWA, February 21. Indications that the Liberals are planning an attack on the London wheat agreement were seen in the House of Commons when Mr. W. L. Mackenzie King, Leader of the Liberal Opposition, declared it was imperative that the agreement should receive the approval of Parliament. Mr. King said the three prairie provinces possessed no right to bind the other six. The Prime Minister, Mr. R. B. Bennett, replied that an opportunity to debate the matter will arise when the estimates are submitted.
