TWO-HOUR BATTLE.
Government Overthrown by Rebel Groups. ARGENTINE PROVINCE. (Received 11.30 a.m.) MENDOZA (Argentine), Feb. 21. The Government of San .Tuan province was overthrown on Wednesday by a rebel group headed by Carlos Porto, a National senator. An unknown number were killed and wounded in a two-hour battle. Tlio provincial Governor -was taken prisoner in Government House, and the principal public buildings and the railway station were seized. Federal troops have been ordered to the scene.
