British Trade Quotas to Be Restored. "A VERY ABUNDANT LIST." (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON , , January 11. An official message from Paris states Jiat France "has decided to restore within a f«fr days full British quotas respecting "a very abundant list of united Kingdom products." The Council of the Federation of British Industries passed a resolution urging immediate retaliation against France traless that country's Government withdrew its recently-imposed import quota restrictions, involving a loss of trade Ho the extent of £8,000,000, including £5,000,000 in the coal industry, FRANCE AND RUSSIA. TRADE AGREEMENT SIGNED. (Hcceivea 10 a.m.) " PARIS, January 11. The Franco-Eussian trade agreement, vhich has been signed, provides for avourable treatment of Russian mports, the purchase by Russia of French goods to the value of £3,000,000 within a year, and for Russian commercial representation in France.
