WAR TO BE WAGED IN AUSTRIA (Received 11.30 a.m.) .VIENNA, January 11. Following a declaration of war by the Chancellor of Austria, Dr. Dollfuss, "without quarter" on the authors of noting and terrorism, the Heimwehr Defence Corps (Army) from to-night will patrol in pairs, with revolvers and fixed bayonets. Power is given to detain and search suspects and to shoot those attempting to escape.
