Captain Miles Pleads Not Guilty In London. CHARGE OF CONSPIRING. (Received 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, January 11. Captain Brynmor Miles, chief officer of the London Salvage Corps, to-day pleaded not guilty to the charge of aaving between September 15, 1932, and February 2, 1933, unlawfully conspired with Leopold Louis Harris (later sentenced to penal servitude) so as to pervert the due administration of justice. Accused reserved his defence and was -ommitted for trial to the Old Bailey. Sail was renewed.
