THE CONCLUDING DAY.

PROGRAMME FOR TO-MORROW THE FIELDS REVIEWED. The Thames Jockey Club's annual meeting will conclude at Parawai tomorrow. The fields with the exception oi the Hikutaia Stakes are good, and some excellent racing should be witnessed. The Opening Event. A field of fourteen its carded for the opening event, the K.opu Handicap, ami Kceord Flight, who ran second in similar company on the iirst day, will probably be favourite. Kurapae will also be in demand and should be hard to beat. Tuaheaho is also a likely improver. Koyal Secret, Hunting Maid, Aubretia, Prince Acre, and Maori Jack appeal most of the others. Most support may come, for RECORD FLIGHT KURAPAE TUAHEAHE. Hikutaia Stakes. Only four two-year-olds have been paid up for in the Hikutaia Staked, and King Brierly, who won on the first day, will again be hard to beat. Day Wind, who was successful at the Waikato meeting in the spring, is sure to get support. Ling Mc-y is aleo entitled to respect. The public are likely to prefer KING BRIERLY DAY WIND. Thames Plate. Prolyxo and Mungatoon head the list in the Thaniee Plate, ami of the pair Mungatoon, who ran a solid race in the Goldfielde Cup, is likely to be in most demand and is sure to run well. Trishna, after his impressive win on Thursday, will also have plenty of friends. Chief Cook ran a great race in the final event on the first day, and hie prospects look excellent. King's Archer went well for over a mile in the big race on Thursday, ae also did Whakapara, and this pahwill 'have to be considered. Limex and Jalldy Karo are also possibilities. The bulk of the money is likely to be entrusted to MUNGATOON" CHIEF COOK WHAKAPARA. Turua Handicap. A large field is engaged in the Turua Handicap, and King Mestor heads the list "with 9.6. His form on Thursday was outstanding, and if started in this event to-morrow he is sure to get solid support. Tin Lap should also be in the money again. Royal Gallant, a fresh horse, Roman Mascot, and Bonny ffay are likely to show up during the running. Chief Clerk. Val Watch, Solomon, and Record Flight read best of those lower down. Betting is likely to be brisk, and the chief fancies may be TIN LAP KING MESTOR ROMAN MASCOT. The President's. Some smart sprinters figure in the President's Handicap and Thursday's form points to Karangapai, Chief Cook, Limex, Marechal and Mungatoon getting most support. Whakapara and King Mestor lave earlier engagements, but if reserved for this race will have to be considered. Those likely to be in demand, in the absence pf Chief Cook, who is engaged in the Thames Plate, are LIMEX KARANGAPAI MARECHAL. The High-weight. As the result of his easy win on the first day Last Lap is sure to get strong support in the County High-weight and should again run prominently. Don't Lap, Free Air, Cruaehan, Searcher and Loorabination should also show up. Recent form favours LAST LAP DON'T LAP FREE AIR. Ngatea Handicap. The majority of the candidates engaged in the Ngatea Handicap have earlier engagements and the field is likely to be reduced. If started Royal Gallant, King Mestor, Wee Musk, Chief Clerk, Val Watch and Kurapae will not lack support. The favourites may be ROYAL GALLANT CHIEF CLERK KING MESTOR. The Farewell. The meeting will conclude with the Farewell Handicap, in which all but Gay Cockade have several earlier engagements, and the race is a difficult one to sum up.
