Warm congratulations to the directors and management of tlhe Farmers* Cooperative Auctioneering Company were extended by the shareholders' at tliq annual meeting to-day, a report of which appears on page 11. Mr. W. Seavill, chairman of directors, presided, and the report and balance-sheet were adopted. Mi'. D, S. Re.id, M.P., and Mr. W. W. Livingstone, retiring directors, were returned unopposed. Messrs, C. 'W.Armstrong and R. P. Halard were re-, appointed auditors.
