MAJESTIC MANAGEMENT.
ALL-BRITISH POLICY. Mr. Charles Smith, who has been manager of the Majestic Theatre since it opened eight yeans ago, anel who was formerly manager of the Strand, has been appointed to an executive position with the proprietors of the theatre, the Fuller-Hay ward organisation, with headquarters at Wellington. Mr. E. R. Greenfield takes over the Majestic, where an all-British film policy will be inaugurated next Friday, when there will be a gala presentation in the evening of "Tell Me To-night," an outstanding musical romance.
Mr. Greenfield has had considerable experience of' film and theatrical management. He was manager of the Auckland Regent until he went to the Waikato two years ago to control a large district circuit of theatres.
