WHEAT CARGOES, ETC. (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, August 31. Cargoes are steadier, with sellers of Canadian 6d higher. Australian Plates, however, arc obtainable at late rates. Demand is quiet. Parcels are firm at 3d to 6d dearer for Manitoba*, while Australian and Argentine are also harder, but trading is quiet. Futures: London, September, 21/11 per quarter; December, 23/; February, 23/4; Liverpool, October. 5/2% per cental; December, 5/4%; March, 5/6% d; May, 5/B%d. Spot trade is quiet, with an easier tendency. Australian, ex ship, 25/9 to 2G/6 per quarter. Flour is slow; Australian, ex store, 19/G to 20/ G. Oats, peas and beans are quiet. AUSTRALIAN PRODUCE.
