SECRETARIES' INSTITUTE. The annual report of the New Zealand division of the Institute of Incorporated Secretaries, presented to the meeting of members last evening, showed an excess of income over expenditure of £20, which was considered satisfactory. The next annual meeting of the institute is to be held in Melbourne between November 6 and 10, and at the same time a registrars' conference will Vie held. Gratification was expressed at the increase in membership of the New Zealand division. Messrs. G. W. Drake and F. T. Eyre wore elected to the divisional council.
