Regains Consciousness But Is Seriously 111. HEALTH FAILING ALL SUMMER (Received 12 noon.) LONDON, August 30. Viscount Grey of Fallodon, regained consciousness after several hours and conversed with his sister and his doctor, whom he recognised vocally, being unable to see them owing to his blindness. His health has been failing all summer, and he is suffering from blood pressure and is unable to take nourishment.
